Beautiful location. The hotel was neglected, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, the furnishings were unacceptable, the breakfast was awful, and the dispenser had no soap.

The gentleman who welcomed us was genuinely very kind, helpful, and warm. The view is wonderful and the location is very convenient, close to Porto di Ferraio. Unfortunately the room needs a serious review; there was no air conditioning and the bathroom did not drain properly. Overall, the room would benefit from more maintenance and some upgrades to make the stay more comfortable.

The location is exceptional. The staff were extremely attentive and went out of their way to take care of us. It felt like paradise on the Elbe. Nothing else to add.
