The location was pretty good, within walking distance of the city centre. I struggled a bit with check‑in and key pickup, but eventually I was able to settle in and enjoy the stay. Coffee, tea, and water were available, but there were no milk or sugar spoons. A sudden staircase with no landing made it hard to move luggage in.

I was thrilled to find a ReFa machine in the room, and the space itself was spotless; a 5‑minute walk brought me to a FamilyMart, and the hotel stocked period supplies for women. I wish the lack of loungewear had been mentioned beforehand, and the steep stair risers made carrying a suitcase feel risky; the café on the first floor opens at 11 am, so I missed the chance to check out at 10 am and head straight there, which was a bit disappointing.
