“I won’t stay again”

Only the toilets were clean, while the beds were very uncomfortable and the corridors and stairs smelled disgusting.

They overbooked my room and left me stranded; I received an email three days before to confirm, then another two hours before check‑in telling me they had no room available.

The place is well situated and the room stayed clean, but it’s old and could use a remodel, though it’s still decent for a cheap motel.

“Terrible and overpriced! Should be $50 a night w taxes included”

The staff tried their best! Everything else was terrible: dog hair everywhere, curtains that look untouched for decades.

“I even decided not to stay there, requested them to return my money, will ask booking.com to help”

There is nothing to like there. The motel is not worth living in, it stinks, the smell is awful, it was the worst experience of my life. I didn’t even stay; I asked the hotel to cancel my booking and refund me.
