The room was spacious but had no exterior as advertised (patio). The bathroom was very small and lacked ventilation, with odors rising. The riad and Palais Ommeyad are actually the same hotel, but the booking plan placed it elsewhere, causing trouble finding it. The pool was shaded, and the outdoor areas were very poorly arranged.

The spot is great, the service quality is solid, and the staff are genuinely kind. Zineb at the SPA and everyone at the front desk and restaurant made the experience smooth. Nothing to complain about.

The room was lovely, with a huge, super comfy bed and effective air conditioning. The pool area had sun loungers, and the breakfast on the roof terrace offered a view of the mountains. Staff were friendly and helpful. Walking into the medina at night felt a bit uncomfortable for a woman, though daytime was fine. The drink selection was limited, and we couldn’t get drinks on the roof terrace in the evening. The gym was more of a space than a proper gym, so it shouldn’t be advertised as such.

Ontbijt top!Supervriendelijk en er stond van alles vers op tafel!! Prachtige kamer!!! Mooie schone kamer , fruit op tafel , water🥰 Ook wilde ik kwijt dat ik mijn tas met persoonlijke spullen was vergeten in het restaurant en de volgende ochtend , rende ik in paniek naar boven en Chekib begeleidde mij naar mijn tas vroeg me om alles te checken en alles zat er gewoon nog in , geld , pasjes etc. Ben superdankbaar voor hun service! En een speciale groet aan Kenza, wat een kanjer!!!!! Een absolute aanrader!!! In één woord GEWELDIG 🥰. Alles was perfect!!!!!
