Everything was fine. The dinner menu was small—just one starter, two main courses, and a dessert to choose from—but it was very good, and the waiter was very friendly. The promised ferry pickup didn’t work out, so I had to walk, and then a sudden downpour hit us 🙈.

Breakfast was very good, but there has been no dinner in the hotel for a long time because of staff shortages. Even though this has been happening for a while, it isn’t mentioned when booking. Dinner is available at a partner hotel, and a transfer is offered.

A lovely hotel right next to the harbor with a great view of the Hallig and the Wadden Sea, making it a good base for exploring on foot or by bike. The staff were very nice, and the breakfast was very good and plentiful. We would have liked to be told before arrival that the inn would be closed in the evenings during our stay.
