The location. The room was very small and dirty.

The location is great right in the center, the room was good size. The bathroom had no ventilation and smelled very moldy (my clothes still smell like the mold after coming home). The air conditioning is not really a proper ac, just two loud cooling fans. No minibar/fridge in the room. We only received 1 key for a 4-people room

The place is on Via y, close to the center of Madrid, and well connected by public transport.
