Very bad, very very bad experience. The rooms were terrible, the staff acted like gangsters and were scammers, the rooms were dirty and even my driver’s room was better than this hotel’s rooms. They were smelly and cheap.

Nothing I liked, because they just want money and the place is awful. I wish they’d remove the hotel from the booking site because the description is a lie, the rooms are dirty, the bathrooms are broken, the reception is bad, and it’s not worth staying. I paid for a room that was empty and the staff wouldn’t refund me when I told them we had to leave. The place is dirty, the rooms aren’t clean, the beds are used and black, the bathrooms are broken, and the hotel is not even suitable for decent lodging. I wish it would be taken off the site. The photos on the booking site are old and not representative of this hotel, which is an old building that’s being demolished and is not fit for upscale stays. I give it one star.

Nothing positive to mention. The room was filthy and the air conditioning didn't work at all.

Honestly, the service was awful. I paid for a room but never stayed in it. I spoke to the front desk, and they said they couldn’t refund me. I explained the room was bad and the AC wasn’t working, but he just said “Sorry, I can’t refund you.” I packed my bags and moved to another hotel.
