The ambience was fine, but the food was bad.

The mineral pool was in the middle of a renovation, and the staff even called to let me know. The cafeteria‑style restaurant was swarming with flies, had no ventilation for the air conditioning, and the room couldn’t be prepared properly.

The room was tiny and didn’t have an extra bed for the child, so it didn’t match the 2+1 reservation we booked. The bathtub was covered in foam and hair left by previous guests, and the restaurant kicked us out at 22.00 h while the staff just stayed at their tables. The pool was under renovation, which was only obvious once we arrived.

Nothing. The lady's attitude was terrible. She didn't comunicate and let us drive 6 hours to find the main pool is closed - the only reason a family with kids would have to come there in the first place. The inside pool was more like a snail house, very small and filled with old people. Never again!
