The apartments were great, very clean, with air conditioning and a shared kitchen. The host was very hospitable, showed everything, talked, and met you personally. Free coffee, fruit, water, and coffee were provided, and breakfast came with a voucher for a café three minutes away that served coffee and croissants. A huge supermarket is nearby. The location is excellent: 10 minutes to the station and pier (you can go to Capri, Amalfi, Positano), and 10 minutes to the beach. Everything was very enjoyable. I recommend it. If you stay longer than three days I’m not sure if they change towels and bedding, but I think they would if you ask. Otherwise, everything was great!

I was greeted by a gentle uncle who received us, and the place was spotless; the location was calm in a nice residential area, and he kindly offered fruits and free snacks, plus the coffee I had in Italy, which I ended up drinking a lot. Nothing else to complain about.

The room was comfortable and the bathroom great; the kitchen had water, fruit, and coffee, which was wonderful, especially since we arrived at 23h after a delayed train from another city. However, a new blond man—name unknown—gave us a poor welcome; we were late, lost on the street, and he didn’t help translate between Italian and Portuguese. He seemed scared of being robbed, didn’t know the area, and was rude, not friendly. At check‑out I asked to leave my luggage because my train was in the afternoon, but he said it wasn’t possible and directed me to a nearby car wash. I asked to use the room’s internet to try to change my train for an earlier one, but he wouldn’t allow it, telling me to leave the room and use the station’s internet instead. I sent him a WhatsApp message urging him to learn empathy, because one day he might be traveling. I stayed only one night, less than 12 hours, and it was terrible. I spent 17 days in Italy, visited 7 cities, and never felt so disrespected as here. Let this message reach the accommodation manager so that this staff member is called to account. He didn’t do us a favor, I paid for the service, and both parties need each other. I chose the place because of positive messages about the host’s courtesy, but unfortunately I was not received by him. I do not recommend it.

The hospitality was warm; I liked finding water and fresh fruit, and the small touches that warm the heart.
