I didn’t like anything at all, nothing was good. The stay left a very unpleasant impression: the toilet smelled strongly of urine, cleaning was poor, and the room was not clean. The repair is in terrible condition and needs updating. The mattress was very old, fully deformed and worn out, making it almost impossible to sleep and rest properly. Kitchen utensils were also old and worn, faucets were in bad shape, and the toilet ventilation didn’t work, worsening the odor. Overall, the room looked neglected, not clean enough, and required serious renovation, furniture replacement, plumbing upgrades, and better cleaning. Expectations were completely unmet.

The owners were helpful and friendly, but the mattresses, bedding, and pillows urgently need replacement; they claim it’s fine, yet they look decades old and worn.

The house is clean, the hosts are non‑intrusive, the location is excellent and close to the sea, and it’s a ten‑minute walk.

We stopped for four days on the way to Batumi. The hosts were very welcoming, and nearby there were cafés, shops, and a beach just a seven‑minute walk away with crystal‑clear water, something you don’t find in Batumi. The rooms have mini‑kitchens, and there are cheaper options with a shared kitchen and balconies for smokers. On the return leg we stayed another day to swim and recharge for the drive back. Highly recommended.
