The location is good, but there are no adequate soundproofing measures, the building smells bad, and the staff do not respond to guest requests.

The sofa and carpet are on fire, the toilet smells, and the overall cleanliness is terrible.

I arrived at the accommodation and found nothing matching my reservation; the staff offered a larger apartment for an extra payment, which I accepted.

I would not recommend renting from them.

There is nothing to praise about the staff’s credibility, and I was especially disappointed with the Egyptian team.
