“Tiene potencial pero le falta inversión y ponerle cariño.”
The calm, pet‑friendly setting and clean room with a fan were positives, and the shared kitchen was fine though unused; parking was easy and close to Conil. The patio, grass, pool, hammocks, and beds were somewhat neglected—the mattresses were two stacked sheets that sagged, it was hot in summer so AC would help, and the wardrobe only had hangers with no space for luggage.

Having a pool and parking was a plus. It got very hot in some rooms and the fan was broken.
The quiet of the location, being far from the town, meant you heard nothing but birds; the place itself is comforting. My daughter would say a full-length mirror would be nice, haha.

I only liked the pool. The place didn't match the posted photos, everything was very run-down, I booked an apartment with two double rooms but was handed a huge one with two double bunk beds and two triple beds that moved and rattled when the kids climbed up, it looked like a hostel. Even though the floor, bathroom and other areas were clean, the textiles (some mattresses, sofa, curtains…) had stains, were very dirty and weren't covered with any blanket or sheet. To make matters worse I left some donuts and a fuet for breakfast outside the fridge (in no apartment I've stayed in, not even at home, is that kept in the fridge) and in the morning they were swarming with ants! The place needs to improve exactly in that area.
