The location was excellent and the price was good, the staff were pleasant and the place was clean. At night the room was so hot that it was hard to sleep even with the AC on. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear someone coming back late, riding the elevator or laughing loudly in another room on the floor.

For a few nights the hostel is a solid choice. I was alone on the entire floor, so I had unusually much privacy for a hostel. The location in Chinatown is very convenient. The staff and service were outstanding. The owner was very accommodating, gave me free coffee and let me use her washing machine for free. The value for money is spot on. The hostel’s facilities themselves are fine. Yes, as some reviews say, the beds and pillows are firm. The material of the ceiling, made from the same stuff as the towels, wasn’t a problem for me. I had already set my expectations based on other reviews. It would be nice if the bathrooms were cleaned more often.
