The facilities are very pretty, both the exterior and common areas; the location is very good because it’s close to many places by car and easy to walk to others. The staff’s WhatsApp support is also a plus, the guy who attended me was very kind and check‑in was easy; if you can’t arrive on time they give all the instructions. The room was dirty and neglected, there were spiders and ants everywhere, the shower had hair and hair, and several bathroom components were missing or uncleaned; we ran out of water all night, the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, I don’t understand why cleaning is only once a week, maybe they lack staff or that’s how it works, but it doesn’t help keep a clean look even though if you needed a change they would provide it.

Honestly I have nothing bad to say; I always feel at home when my wife and I stay, and as I’ve mentioned before, this time was no exception. The only thing I didn’t like was that my partner arrived after me and entered the facilities, and the girl at reception didn’t tell her which room I had and told her to send me a message so I could leave, but since I didn’t see her message my partner got upset and left, feeling left out, and I think it wasn’t hard for the girl to let her go up if she had my name or she went down to tell her.
