“2 mauvaises nuits.”

The staff were very friendly, and the room and bathroom were clean. However, the room was terribly poorly insulated; I almost thought the window was open, but it wasn’t. The traffic outside—cars and garbage trucks—was constant. I asked for a courtyard‑side room. The bathroom was very narrow, so you have to plan your movements carefully. The elevator was inconvenient for reaching the upper floor. We didn’t need it, but there was no air‑conditioning in the room, just a fan.

“Bien para unas noches. Nada de lujos pero cumple.”

It’s located in a quiet area, a few blocks from Gran Vía and the Arc de Triomf, with restaurants, bars, and supermarkets just a few blocks away, and a 20‑minute walk to Trocadéro. The staff were very kind and resolved everything. Cleanliness was good. The only downside was having to climb a very narrow staircase to reach the floor. For people with limited mobility, it’s impossible, at least in the room we stayed in. The bathroom was clean but had a strong damp smell and no window. The room was small, but I understand that’s common in France.

The hotel is close to the market, but the rooms are small.

“Très belle nuit passer dans cet hôtel très confortable et le personnel est très gentil .”

The reception was perfect and the staff were pleasant. Honestly, nothing to add.
