Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Chillicothe

The temperature in the room was good and the staff were very friendly. The room was dirty. There was something that had run down the wall by the bed. There were no tissues. The bed was terrible. Hard ,lumpy and the worst. We couldn't wash with the soap in the dispenser because it wouldn't come out. This room was over 300 dollars for 10 hours of being uncomfortable. I have stayed at many Fairfield inns and will reconsider before I stay again

The location, cleanliness, and staff were great. The pillows were terrible—flat as a pancake—and the rate was very high.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with friendly staff, a clean and cool room, and a delicious hot breakfast. I didn't encounter any issues during my stay, making it a seamless and enjoyable experience. The hotel's amenities and service truly made my visit special.

“Decent stay let down by noise and food”

My stay had its ups and downs - the rooms were spacious, the staff were excellent and friendly, and the location was convenient, close to the main intersection. However, I had to endure loud noises from outside my room, including traffic and the air conditioning unit, and unfortunately, the hot breakfast food was subpar, lacking flavor and presentation.
