The hotel's amenities, such as the lift key and towels, also left a lot to be desired.
The private pool in our room was a nice touch, and the staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay.
The hotel's location was a major plus, being very close to the airport and with a massive supermarket nearby.
The room was a real treat - huge and beautifully decorated.

The staff at the restaurant area were attentive, but the pool area was not clean.
“Cancún cerca del mar”
The view of the sea was nice, the room was spacious and the food was good, but the price was high.
“Séjour reposant”
The available facilities (pool, gym, hammam, sauna…) and the very spacious room were great, and the hotel is close to the airport with plenty to do in the neighborhood.
The service was great and the location was perfect.
“HIVE EXCELENTES INSTALACIONES”
The room was excellent and the rates were reasonable. However, the chef was terrible, the food tasted awful, the dishes were bland, and there was an overwhelming garlic flavor in some items; the chef undermines everything good about the hotel.
