The AC didn’t work properly, there was no toilet paper, not enough linen and glasses for our group, and the kettle blew the safety switch when turned on. I rang the owner and was told to use the open kitchen outside, which is not what I paid for. I would not recommend it at all.

The front desk was super friendly even when it was packed. The hotel itself is a nice spot to stay in beautiful Cardwell. The only downside was that the fridge had free beer in it.

The place is in a good spot. It looks very rundown and could use a refresh and some repairs.

The location is central, but the room was very dirty: stains on sheets and pillowcases, a blanket that smelled bad, no bathmat, and the room itself smelled like stale old man. The drinking glasses had sticky stains, and road noise kept us awake all night.

The room was dirty and moldy, and they tried to sell me a family room for more money even though I had already booked. They didn’t provide cups, towels, or blankets, and the AC didn’t work.
