I was pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of my room - it was clear that attention had been paid to keeping everything tidy and cozy.
The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
The room even had a convertible roof, two showers, and a large bathtub.
The pizza we ordered was terrible.

The facilities were top‑class, with a flawless breakfast and bed; everything felt perfect, though the toilet in room 15 leaked from underneath.
“Por ser reserva esperava mais!!”
I liked the breakfast and the reception staff, but I expected more for a reservation; the jacuzzi water had a bad odor, there was no shampoo or soap in the suite, the garage was flooded when I parked, and I’ve had better reception elsewhere—plus the suite is noticeably damaged.
“Good”
Everything was clean, and there were no issues.
“Excelente”
The service was excellent, the bath products were high quality, breakfast was great, and the place stayed spotless.
The sheets were outstanding.
