The whole stay was excellent - the staff were brilliant, the food was great and the hotel was just superb ! The whole experience was one of relaxation and enjoyment

We were made very welcome by the staff and the food was really excellent, especially the evening menu. The room was a little plain and probably needs double glazing and thicker curtains – cars passing at night woke us up. One towel was a bit frayed and the TV was small and didn’t seem to have iPlayer, so we had to watch Strictly on my phone. None of this really detracted from a very pleasant stay.

Enjoyed a lovely staycation in Sherborne, where the room felt extremely comfortable and the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast the next morning was superb.
