Breakfast was well prepared, diverse, and attentive. D. Teresa was exceptional, friendly, and available. The bathroom in the room already showed some signs that it needed renovation.

The overall experience was good, especially thanks to D. Teresa who was very friendly and went out of her way to make sure everything suited us. The only downside was the road to the property; it’s unacceptable that the parish council hasn’t improved access, because better access would benefit Unhais’ economy as a whole, not just the country house and its guests, who might then question whether it’s worth returning. Unhais isn’t just the H2 hotel—everyone should consider the overall quality of the facilities and provide suitable conditions for visitors. Everyone wins. Not everyone can afford the high prices of the H2 hotel. I hope this rating is taken into account by those responsible in this area.

Staying right in the Serra da Estrella was fantastic. The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated, and meticulously cared for down to the last detail. Everything was spotless, organized, and ready to make us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. A special shout‑out to Teresa, a charming, super kind, and attentive host who prepared an amazing breakfast—very complete, varied, and carefully presented. This place has so much charm that we would definitely return. 100 % recommendation!

We’ve booked this hotel for the third time and, as always, it was incredible. Even when the weather isn’t sunny, it’s a great chance to clear your mind and get closer to nature. The house is always cleaned and the host is very kind. We’ll definitely come back next time.
