The staff were awesome. Keith took great care of our needs. For our anniversary they gave us complimentary champagne and breakfast at The Heirloom, where the food was delicious, including dinners and cocktails. Irianny and Clint were our servers and very nice people. We had a relaxing, peaceful time on our balcony and could walk to everything.

The setting was beautiful. We got a warm, friendly welcome and the bed was comfy and clean. The room felt well cared for, but they sprayed something in there—probably to mask a smell from a previous pet that’d soiled the room—so the odors mingled and were a bit overpowering; we could leave the door open to escape them. The restaurant’s menu is interesting, but the service there is very slow.

Great location and a good‑sized room with very friendly staff who made us feel at home. The restaurant next door is great and I’d recommend it. Just make sure you’re on time for any booking; we arrived literally 90 seconds late and our table had been given away. They did find another table for us, but a little more than 90 seconds would be reasonable. The only issue was the floor cleaning—our soles got very dirty just walking around the room, and black footprints appeared when we stepped into the shower.
