“Overall good esp airport car transfers but because smoking is allowed, won’t stay again”

I liked most of the place, but the fact that it’s not a Non‑Smoking hotel made it impossible to enjoy the stay because they let people smoke in the common areas and the lift lobby, which was unbearable.

I highly recommend this place; Lora offered a free shuttle from the airport, and the hotel itself is excellent—clean and new.

The restaurants, cafés, and a supermarket are conveniently located near the hotel, but the lift still carries a smoking smell.

Very proactive from booking to airport arrival meet & greet & departure including round trip transfer we engaged car to train station for a side trip, service was flawless. As we’re non-smokers, found it very difficult to endure the lift lobby/landing smells. We assume smoking is allowed as we saw astray provided on lift landing of hotel reception. Though hotel guest room indicate no-smoking but guest room had strong smoking smell, probably last guest smoke in room. We feedback and when we returned to stay another night before we depart, assigned room was perfect so hotel do take our feedback seriously & fixed issues to ensure we have a comfortable stay as room was clean, big & smoke free. Best of the best is hotel transfer, from driver’s punctuality/reliability, car was very new, clean & huge and could take 4 of us in 1 car with 4 suitcases
