The spot is excellent, right near the front and the tram stop. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. Chris and Angel were very friendly and helpful.

When we arrived, my name wasn’t on the reservation list, so I checked my email and saw the dates I had booked were incorrect, yet the staff had a free room ready, which was fantastic; couldn’t ask for more from such a lovely man.
