The hotel is very cozy, the staff are friendly and always ready to help with extra services, the breakfasts are tasty, and the rooms are comfortable. I was especially pleased with the thoughtful selection of toiletries and other amenities in the room, plus the complimentary tea, coffee, and cream.

The people were great, but the facility needs some attention.

The hotel boasts an impressive design, is new, and has modern furnishings. The location is good and breakfast is nice. We were three people, yet the room only had one pair of disposable slippers, one toothbrush and toothpaste set, and one shaving kit, which left a bad impression. The hotel offers an electric‑vehicle charging station, but it was occupied by non‑electric cars throughout our stay, so we couldn’t use it; the hotel should prevent cars from parking in the designated charging spot.

Excellent hotel, a bit pricey for my taste, otherwise everything was perfect, a royal breakfast with Turkish specialties, very good bedding, and a beautiful bathroom.
