We cycled here for a one-night stay on a short tour of the area; the location on the loch is fantastic, the evening meal was great, bike storage is secure, and we had everything we needed – highly recommended.

Breakfast was good, and the waitress was very good; the bar staff and restaurant staff were all good too, and the location was absolutely stunning. The room, however, was not up to standard—stained carpets, old window blind fittings left on the wall, bits of trim hanging off, loose taps on the hand basin and bath, and many other issues I photographed for the owner to see; very disappointing given the fantastic location.

The room was a good size, clean, and had cosy bedding.
