I was a bit disappointed when I found out that breakfast wasn't included, but the staff kindly informed me that I wouldn't have to pay for it. However, my stay was marred by the lack of hot water in the shower, which made it impossible for me to take a bath.
They sold me a reservation that wasn’t even available, and after a month of asking for a cancellation I still haven’t received any refund.
