I couldn't pay by card, which I understand, but it would have been better to know that ahead of time. The biggest drawback was missing equipment: we expected a fridge in the room and it wasn’t there.

We chose this hotel because of the elevator – we wanted to avoid stairs and stay close to the mineral water springs and the park. They don’t advertise step‑free access, and indeed there are four steps to the breakfast room. The rooms were lovelier than the photos show. The spot is great, and parking is paid. We were told breakfast runs from 8 to 9, which seemed short, but it actually lasted longer and was very good.
