We ended up in a room where the power outlet was broken and actually fried my phone. The staff answered my question about the charger but never addressed the damage to my device, which was really annoying. I left feeling pretty upset about the whole thing.

The location is solid, but we were moved to a different property at the last minute with only a same‑day notice. With kids and luggage we couldn't scramble for another hotel, so we got a shabby, windowless room down a noisy hallway. The air‑conditioner leaked onto the bed and empty bottles of alcohol were just lying around the common areas.

The hotel is right in the city centre and everything was spotless. The lady at reception was really friendly and made the whole check‑in process easy.

The place felt safe, clean and was perfectly situated for my plans. The only drawback was the auxiliary bed – it was tiny and not very comfortable.
