The location is excellent, but the breakfast needs significant improvement if the hotel claims to be a four‑star establishment. The room was far from what we expected based on the Booking information: the window faced a high wall with a lot of trash directly underneath, including slippers, bottles, food scraps, and other waste. It also faced several air‑conditioning units about a meter away, producing constant noise that made it impossible to sleep with the window open, and the air felt stale when closed. The mattresses were very old and hard, causing body aches after sleeping on them. The bathroom lacked basic storage—no closet or shelf for toiletries, so everything had to be placed around the tap and on the counter. The bathroom trash was never emptied during our four days. Breakfast was simple, offering only milk, no juice or water, and the coffee was just instant. On one occasion we were told there was a shortage of coarse bread and only two slices remained. A male receptionist on 26 September told us this was a standard room matching a four‑star standard, which is hard to reconcile with our experience. The room also lacked basic items like a shoehorn, and the minibar/refrigerator was empty—no water was available.
