“À éviter, pas entretenu”
The only positive was the lady we met who seemed to be an employee; she was very smiling and kind. We spent 10 mins at Ban Rak Thai. We do not recommend this place; it has nothing to do with the photos. It must have been a nice new place when the photos were taken, but it is not at all maintained. The owners, whom we did not meet, are not willing to rent it out like this. It is far too expensive for what it is. No one was there to welcome us or give us the keys. The pool was half empty, so we had to ask for more water. It was very dirty (see photos), and the breakfast was not good at all. Better to sleep at Ban Rak Thai directly or go to Mae Hong Son. This place was the black spot of our Mae Hong Son loop.
