The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive; I haven’t felt so personally cared for in a hotel in a long time. The location is ideal for train travelers, and I was very pleased with how my luggage was stored—not just in an easily accessible room but in a locked space. I also liked my room 😊

The hotel is stunning, founded in 1834, with a beautiful décor right in the historic heart of the city, and the breakfast was exceptional!

The room was a good size, clean, and nicely finished, but the floorboards squeaked and there was some noise from the room above.

Breakfast was excellent and varied, the location superb, the place spotless, and the staff friendly and welcoming; I’d gladly return.

The employees were friendly, the breakfast good, and the location excellent! The only downside is that there’s no air‑conditioning in the room.
