The location was good and the staff were friendly despite the language barrier, but the hotel looked very old, the room was tiny, the bed was hard, so I woke up with back pain, and the breakfast was basic.

The staff were very pleasant, friendly and open, I’ll definitely come back! The room was clean, tidy, the linens and towels smelled nice. Yes, the room is a bit old, but it didn’t affect my rest at all! The location is great, close to walking routes, bus stops, cafés and shops. Thank you so much! 🥰

The staff were very friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The hotel’s location is great, right in the center of Gerês village. Try the hotel’s own restaurant, you won’t regret it. I recommend it.
