The Chalet on the beach serves good food and bikes are available for occasional walks. The beach is paid separately, the pool is tiny and in front of the building, and the Marta apartment wasn’t sea‑front as advertised—about 150 m from the hotel and 200 m from the sea, so we only stayed there for breakfast and meals. Parking is always full and there aren’t spots for all guests.

The staff were friendly, very helpful and engaged with guests. The reception was also good; the owner, who spoke fluent English, welcomed us, which was nice because most guests were Italians. The hotel is within walking distance of the beach (about 100 m). Breakfast was included and sufficient. There’s also the option to lunch and dine there, though we didn’t use it. The price‑quality ratio is fine, but it’s a pity you have to pay extra for beach chairs and umbrellas (30 € per room per day), which adds up quickly, especially if you expect it to be included (my assumption was that it was stated in the hotel’s communication after booking). Parking nearby can be a bit troublesome in the street.
