The hotel is gorgeous and situated close to many restaurants, just a 7‑to‑8 minute walk from the TGV station that takes you to the center of CHONHQING in 20 minutes by train. The desk staff speak limited English, but they do their best.

The hotel's breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. However, when the guest fell ill, they were disappointed to find that the front desk did not have a thermometer or herbal medicine to help alleviate their symptoms.
