Pension Gerber, a family‑run guest house in Erfurt’s historic center, sits 800 m from the Cathedral and 1.5 km from the main station. Each individually furnished room offers a minibar, cable TV, flat‑screen, and en‑suite bathroom. Guests enjoy a buffet breakfast, private parking, and easy access to cafés, restaurants, and the Old Town within a 15‑minute walk.

The pension is very pretty, modernly furnished, with a very friendly and warm host. Its quiet location and proximity to Erfurt’s old town make it an excellent starting point for exploring the city. We would book the pension again whenever it’s available. There is nothing to complain about.

The pension is very well situated, close to the city centre in a quiet neighbourhood, with parks and a forest nearby. The room was comfortable and very spacious. The hosts were very welcoming. The Wi‑Fi was a bit capricious.
