The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. However, my room card kept locking me out, and it was frustrating to keep going to reception to get it reactivated after a long day!

I liked everything about Catania and the hotel; they were very friendly and attentive to guests.

Fine for an overnight stop. A bit out of the way on less salu rious streets of catania, but clean and comfortable if a bit basic. Breakfast was decent for the price with good variety of pastries etc, don't go expecting a full English! Staff all very friendly and efficient. Nothing really, a bit out of town so needed to taxi to and fro. Not a luxury stay but decent enough

The facilities were of good quality and the hotel was very comfortable. The hotel is far from the center of Catania, and the service was not really personalized.
