The view is beautiful, the country home is lovely, and the host is wonderful. Colin is a great host. We loved everything.

The view was breathtaking! The host, Colin, was genuinely friendly and welcoming; he told us about hosting Peter Jackson and that Gollum had actually slept in our room. Colin’s breakfast was spectacular, especially the excellent bacon, and it was very generous.

Stunning lodge, incredible vistas, and the hosts were fantastic! It’s the ideal spot to kick off a New Zealand adventure.
