The spot and the room were great. The room was spacious, a rarity in Tokyo, and the common areas let me eat, grab coffee, or use a washing machine. I recommend it.

The location was handy and the hotel was self‑service. The bathroom felt too small and the water was lukewarm.

The location and value for money were the best! We felt very comfortable in the apartment, just a 5‑minute walk from Akihabara. The service was excellent, with a common area stocked with toiletries, a space to heat food, entertainment options, etc. Contact with the owners was great—they responded immediately and offered solutions. The only downside would be the room size, which is exactly as shown in the photos; nothing is hidden! What we liked the least was the bathroom, which was small and capsule‑like; depending on what you did, it would shift. Other than that, everything was great!
