The lodge was super cosy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and we loved cuddling up in front of the log burner; the hot tub was clean and at the right temperature when we arrived, and the site itself was well looked after. We went to the carvery at the onsite pub on Sunday, and it was totally delicious. The only minor issue was a patch of overgrown ground at the lodge that could use tidying up, but it didn’t affect our stay.

I was totally disgusted and didn’t even stay one night. The place was dark, dingy, and dirty outside and inside.

The cabin was clean and big, with plenty of space and all the facilities in the cabin were very good. However, it was close to a busy road, the hot tub never heated above 30 °C, it wasn’t private or sheltered, and the hot tub was very poor, so we never used it.

It’s very cosy, the kitchen is well equipped, and the cabin is in a lovely, peaceful part of the caravan park. The broken fridge and dishwasher in the kitchen should be removed or fixed, and unfortunately the Wi‑Fi didn’t show up for us. Overall it was clean, though some things were a bit dusty.

The lodge was really great—very clean and comfortable, with everything you need even though we didn’t use all the facilities because we were out all day. Checking in and out was so easy, the owner messaged us with all the information we needed and gave us a contact number for any problems, which we didn’t have. There was even a hot tub, though we didn’t get a chance to use it. I would definitely recommend a stay here, and if we come to the festival again I’d choose this lodge if it’s available. Could not fault it.
