Ada Lift, clean rooms, clean toilet, strong AC, good water pressure in the shower, helpful staff, water dispenser and iron board provided outside the room, friendly, plenty of paid parking, nearby Petronas petrol station, KK MART, and restaurants. Almost no negatives—just a 9/10 rating.

The staff were friendly, but the air in my room was not cold enough and it was noisy.
