The hosts welcomed us warmly and helped with taxi transfers on weekends and after hours; the apartment is very well equipped, spotlessly clean, and everything is top quality – nothing was wrong at all.

For breakfast we could either eat on site with pre‑packed pastries or go to a coffee shop next door; we chose the coffee shop and it was very well received.

We were very happy thanks to the hosts’ hospitality and the abundance of services; every return to the B&B was a perfect rest! The location is very clean and fragrant. Highly recommended!

At Luca’s terrace we instantly felt at home: the apartment is truly beautiful, comfortable, and fully equipped (really fully equipped!), except for a washing machine, which would be useful for longer stays but we only stayed a few days so we didn’t need it. The owner is a wonderful, very kind and helpful person, and he made sure we had everything we needed for breakfast even though we chose to have it at the bar with a voucher. Another plus is the comfort of the beds and the quietness of the building – we slept very well. The apartment is extremely clean. The location is very convenient for visiting Perugia, Assisi, and Lake Trasimeno; we will definitely return for our next trip to Umbria! Thank you for the hospitality. No issues; I would just suggest installing a small washing machine for longer stays.
