“Could have been better just horrible ass staff”

The hotel was close to many places, but I felt constantly watched and the experience was horrible. The manager, a tall lady with dreads, was rude as hell, and the short guy who seemed to fix rooms acted like a security guard and probably needs a raise. Nobody liked being harassed; the manager even came to my room the first day to talk about a safety check that should have been done before check‑in. It felt more like prison than a hotel.

“Awesome”

The in‑town suites were very reasonable and the staff were friendly. The rooms were a good size, and I appreciated being able to cook whenever I wanted. There isn’t much to say negatively; it was exactly what I expected and more.

The place was clean and had plenty of space for my kids and me, but the staff were awful. The tall black lady with the dreads—probably the manager—was rude, nasty, and a liar; she kicked us out because of other kids and never checked the cameras to see who was playing outside. When my husband asked to see the footage, she refused. Another black man worked there and was also very rude with a nasty attitude. They claimed kids couldn’t be outside because cars were driving fast through the lot, but aside from the management, the hotel itself was nice, spacious, and clean. I still recommend anyone check it out.
