It’s an awesome spot to relax; the view is great, there are plenty of hammocks, the AC is new, and the host is super nice. The rooms could use a little renovation here and there, and there was music every evening until about 10 pm, which wasn’t a problem at all but I think is worth noting.

It offers great value for money, clean bedding, adorable cats, and the AC works really well. It’s not really annoying, but for the price we know we’re staying in a “roots” place with no isolation from the boat noise very early in the morning.

We had a wonderful time and even extended our stay. The bungalow was clean and fully equipped. Host Sin was super friendly, gave us tips, and makes great cappuccino in the morning. He also organized the bus for us and offers great excursions. We’ll come back!

It’s truly great! Such a nice vibe, friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room, clean, soap, toilet paper, towels, and air‑con available. Terrace right on the Mekong River with a hammock. You can order coffee and fruit juice, and there are many restaurants nearby. You can also book buses, bikes, and tours at the property—very convenient!

The location is exceptional! Quiet and sunset relaxation is fabulous! The obvious lack of maintenance is disappointing given everything that’s supposed to make it an exceptional guest house—no breakfast, no kettle for coffee, no hot water outside, but the bed is comfortable and the surroundings are top. Sad.
