I like the place and the pleasant staff.

The place is well situated in Sanur; the beach is reachable directly via the promenade, and the pool area and the rest of the grounds are lovely. The outdoor areas are well maintained and everything is spotless. However, the Camp Hyatt (children’s club) is only free for one hour a day for hotel guests and then you’re charged per hour. Other kid activities like bracelet making and face painting have to be paid separately.
