The location was great. Close to everything I needed. The room was not clean. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom, in the shower, and in the sink. I had to clean the bathroom and get the hair up just to take a shower. There was a stain on the sheets. I had to go buy sheets just to be able to sleep in the bed. There were also stains on the towels but I always travel with my own. I was not happy

He had a significant delay in locating my reservations. We had 3 rooms. Two had one name; one had a different name combo, but he didn't realize it. That was very frustrating because it directly reflected on me & they were traveling late at night after driving all day from the DMV. Old tub, broken lock on the door, smelly & cramped hallways- I saw the effort. The price should've given me a clue. The picture oversold this property. AND the pool wasn't in service!!!! That was one of the main reasons I booked there. The staff acted like it was no big deal

The price was reasonable, and it was easy to get in and out for a brief visit to Charlotte. The place was clean.

The location was great—it was 8 minutes from our event, so it was easy to get a little extra sleep before a busy day. The location couldn’t be better. Plenty of parking and a clean lot made it easy to come and go. One room had a roach. Another room had a damaged/deadbolt lock, raising serious concerns about the room’s security. We asked for clean sheets for one room, but what was brought looked wadded up and poorly handled instead of properly folded and presented as clean linens. The hallway smelled strongly of marijuana/weed, which was especially unpleasant and concerning for families and guests just trying to rest. The breakfast was unacceptable; the selection was poor, the quality disappointing, and it ran out before the scheduled breakfast period ended. This is especially problematic for guests who need to eat early before taking medication or starting their day. These were not isolated minor inconveniences—cleanliness, room security, basic hospitality, and breakfast service are fundamental expectations when paying to stay at a hotel.
