I really liked the place; the staff were very helpful, the pool was amazing and clean, and the value for money was excellent! They let us check in late and were available for any questions :) The shower room was a bit dark.

The reception lady’s service was outstanding—always friendly, helpful, and attentive to every concern. The hotel’s location is good: it’s quiet yet you can reach the city on a scooter in 1–2 minutes. Unfortunately, the rooms no longer match the photos online; especially the bathroom was very dirty, so we didn’t dare shower without slippers. The room also felt very impersonal and bare, lacking any real comfort vibe. There’s construction directly in front of the hotel, so it’s a bit louder during the day, though that hardly matters if you’re out during the day. Had we known the actual state of the rooms beforehand, we wouldn’t have booked.

La ubicación está cerca del ambiente pero lo suficientemente alejado para no tener el barullo cerca y poder dormir. La cama es muy comoda. Un pelín caro por el precio que tiene, de las estancias más caras que hemos pagado en Tailandia y la más sencilla. El baño apenas tiene iluminación

The staff were very friendly and the facilities were decent for the price, but at night a section of the return path is dark, so motorbikes can’t see you and there’s no shelter there – it’s not a huge stretch, yet better lighting would help.
