Rooms feature private bathrooms, air-conditioning, free WiFi, kitchenettes, and work desks. The hotel is near Monte Argentario, Maremma Regional Park, and Cascate del Mulino Thermal Springs.

The setting is beautiful, and the common areas and courtyard are stunning. We liked strolling around and spotting the animals. Breakfast was excellent, especially the fresh yogurt and produce. The pool was fantastic. Don’t miss the charcuterie board with locally produced meats and cheeses. We weren’t fond of the on‑site restaurant. We ate there three times. The fish had a fishy taste with many bones, and the meats and pastas were bland and had a slightly odd smell. On the third night we kept it simple, ordering a lovely butter ravioli that was very good, and the pici was excellent.

The structure is cozy, surrounded by greenery just a few kilometers from the sea. I would suggest offering more activities or initiatives that promote both the property and the surrounding area.
