Everything was perfect.

Everything! The place is amazing! The hotel literally sits on the water, rooms are spacious and very clean, the staff are welcoming, helpful, and flexible. The on‑site restaurant is tasty and inexpensive. The pool is fun and clean. The hotel is far from the center, but they offer free round‑trip shuttles all day, help with getting to the waterfalls, have a water‑sailing service with snorkeling, and provide a lunch menu, drinks, and fresh fruit there. Kayaking is free all day. In short, perfect! We stayed six days and still had time left. Highly recommended! There is also a café‑confectionery within walking distance of the hotel with a view, puffs, and hammocks. I loved everything.

Welcome, meals, room. The weather was horrible, so it was difficult to judge the site.

I was impressed by the beautiful view and the great location, but the maintenance backlog and repair delays were typical for Thailand, and renting bicycles felt exhausting.
