The property was very clean and the staff were very polite, but there were a lot of mosquitoes; it seems the locals don't handle standing water well.

The pool and the garden area were a real highlight, and breakfast gave us a solid start each morning. Unfortunately getting there was a hassle – the road is just a dusty track riddled with potholes.

The property is well‑set up – the room was comfortable with clean sheets, towels and pillows, and the garden area with two pools was pleasant. Meals can be booked in advance, which works well for dinner, and the location is a short walk to the beach. On the downside, my pre‑arrival email about the room went unanswered, and when we arrived the triple‑room had no extra bed for the kids despite our request, so we had to squeeze in.

The dinner was definitely the highlight – the food was tasty and served promptly. Unfortunately the bed was cramped, the shower was weak, and the breakfast left a lot to be desired.
